From PBA tip-offs in Manila to Premier League weekends and international boxing cards, zh88 Sports covers the events Filipino bettors follow most. Live odds, in-play betting, and every wager placed in PHP — no currency conversion, no separate wallet.
Sports betting in the Philippines has always been part of how fans engage with the games they love. From office pools during the PBA playoffs to watching a boxing card with your barkada, there's a natural connection between following sport and having a stake in the outcome. zh88 Sports is built to be the online platform where that interest has a proper home.
The section covers a wide range of sports with a clear focus on what Filipino players actually follow — basketball leads the way, followed by football, boxing, volleyball, and esports. International competitions like the NBA Finals, UEFA Champions League, and major boxing title bouts sit alongside local events, giving you a consistently full calendar of betting opportunities.
Beyond just having odds available, zh88 Sports offers in-play betting on live events — meaning you can place bets while a game is already underway. Odds shift in real time based on what's happening on the court or pitch, which opens up a more reactive style of betting that many players find more engaging than pre-match wagers alone.
Everything on zh88 Sports is denominated in Philippine Peso. You deposit in PHP through local payment options, your balance is displayed in PHP, and your winnings are credited in PHP. There's no mid-transaction conversion, no exchange rate surprises, and no separate sportsbook wallet to manage — the same balance covers sports, slots, live casino, and every other section on the platform.
A broad range of sports with depth in the categories Filipino fans follow most closely.
PBA, NBA, UAAP, and international competitions. Basketball is the top sport for Filipino bettors on zh88, and the coverage reflects that — multiple markets per game, pre-match and live odds, and consistent availability throughout the season calendar.
Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and the Philippine national team's ASEAN and World Cup qualifying fixtures. Football offers one of the deepest markets on zh88 with a wide range of bet types per match.
Filipino boxing has a proud tradition, and zh88 Sports covers major title bouts and undercard fights — including matchups involving Filipino fighters. Bet on match winner, method of victory, and round-specific outcomes for marquee cards.
PVL, UAAP volleyball, and international competitions. Women's volleyball in particular has a huge following in the Philippines, and zh88 covers key matches with match-winner, set handicap, and total sets markets.
Mobile Legends, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, and CS2. The Philippines has a strong esports scene and a large community of competitive gaming fans — zh88 covers major tournaments with match and map-level betting markets.
Tennis, badminton, MMA, baseball, American football, and other sports round out the zh88 Sports calendar. Coverage varies by season and tournament schedule, ensuring there's always something to bet on throughout the year.
Understanding the different bet formats helps you make more deliberate decisions about how and where you place your PHP wagers.
The most straightforward bet — pick which team or player wins, or select a draw where applicable. Available on virtually every event listed on zh88 Sports before the game starts.
A points or goal advantage is applied to one side to even out markets between mismatched teams. Common for basketball and football where one team is a heavy favourite — the handicap gives you a better working price on either side.
Bet on whether the combined score of a match will be above or below a set line. In basketball, this is one of the most popular markets — NBA totals and PBA totals both attract significant interest on zh88.
Place bets while the match is in progress. Odds update continuously based on the live score and game state. A team that goes down early might offer a better price to come back — live betting rewards those who watch the action closely.
Combine multiple selections into one bet for a higher combined return. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. Higher risk than single bets, but the potential returns are significantly larger relative to the stake.
Bet on which team or player will win a competition outright before it concludes — NBA champions, PBA conference winners, or World Cup winner. Odds are typically longer, and the bet stays open for the tournament's duration.
Beyond the range of sports and markets, here's what the zh88 Sports section offers Filipino bettors day to day.
